Our wedding planning options include
Kickstart Consultation
Perfect if you are just looking for some insider information and a bit of professional advice to get your plans off on the right track! We will review your wedding ideas, budget and vision in detail and provide specific personalised recommendations to help you move forward with your wedding plans.
- Up to 2 hours personalised consultation with a professional wedding consultant via Skype, in person or by phone
- Review of your wedding plans, ideas and preferences to understand your wedding vision
- Advice on the big decisions including budgeting, inclement weather plans, catering options, venue selection
- Overview of a range of venue options to choose from tailored to your individual ceremony and reception preferences
- Local vendor recommendations based on your personal tastes and budget including;
- Caterers – menus, costs, beverage services, dietary requirements
- Photography – style, locations, coverage, budget
- Florists- bouquets, buttonholes, centerpieces, additional decor
- Entertainment – ceremony music, cocktail hour music, reception music
- Theming – overall look and feel of your wedding day
- Transportation – wedding party, family and guest transportation needs Accommodation – wedding party and family accomodations, out of town guest accommodations
- Hire services – any additional requirements for ceremony, reception or pre/post wedding events
- Celebrants – style, length and personal preferences for wedding ceremony
- Assistance with marriage licence information and review of the process

- Discounted rates on future planning services including our most popular ‘Day Of’ wedding coordination package

*These fees can also be directly credited towards any further planning services you may decide to book with us!
- Email and phone access to Simply Perfect wedding professional throughout planning process to discuss styling and design options
- Professional design and theming advice to cover all areas of your wedding day
- Creation of a personalised styling proposal with all recommended design elements including quotes and supplier contact details.
- Communication with all styling vendors and suppliers including florist, décor hire, linen supply and venue to ensure your wedding vision comes together seamlessly
- Venue site visit with florist and/or venue (with you or in your place) to discuss design and décor elements
- Special discounted rates on any hire items through our partner company Queenstown Wedding

styling + design
Carefree coordination
- Initial planning consultation to discuss your wedding ideas and plans.
- Up to three (3) one hour planning sessions to go over your vendors, suppliers and logistics of wedding day (usually 60 days prior to your event, 30 days prior to your event, and on arrival into Queenstown).
- Unlimited email access to Simply Perfect wedding professional throughout planning process for professional planning advice and recommendations.
- Site inspection to understand your plans and vision
- Creation of detailed wedding day timeline and distribution to vendors and bridal party.
- Review and confirm all vendor details and contracts, provided by client 3 months prior to wedding date.
- Manage logistics of each individual vendor/supplier on day.
- Supervise ceremony and reception set-up including all floral, décor, hire items, etc.
- Full ceremony coordination and guidance to help keep your plans on schedule Wedding rehearsal coordination prior to wedding day.
- Special discounted rates on any hire items from partner company – Queenstown Wedding Hire (www.queenstownweddinghire.com).
- Simply Perfect wedding professional to coordinate your wedding day from setup through until start of dinner (up to 8 hours) – allowing you to relax and truly enjoy your day with friends and family.
- A popular package with overseas clients, providing you with a point of contact here locally throughout the planning process.
- Includes our full Carefree ‘day of’ coordination package as described above but also includes additional planning assistance including researching vendors and suppliers to suit your wedding plans and budget to create your ideal wedding day.
- Our planner will assist with obtaining quotes and communicating with vendors and suppliers to provide you with options and budget advice. We will arrange the contracts for you and advise deposit invoices as required.
- Once your vendors and suppliers are confirmed, you will communicate directly with them to confirm final details and decisions.
- Venue research as needed and additional site inspections as required.
- Attending vendor interviews with you (or in your place) as required.
- Day prior setup assistance and rehearsal coordination (up to 3 hours).

- Simply Perfect wedding professional for up to 8 hours on the day, along with additional assistant for up to 4 hours – allowing you to relax and truly enjoy your day with friends and family.

We will work with you to ensure your wedding day vision comes to life, while managing all the communication and payments with your vendors and suppliers on your behalf.
The pricing for this service is based on your venue requirements, wedding size and additional pre/post wedding event management as required.
