To put it simply… we love weddings!
Let’s chat about yours.

Say Hello
Every bride tribe has one person who seems to know Every bride tribe has one person who seems to know where everything is.

The safety pins. The tissues. The missing bouquet. The uncle who’s wandered off.

At weddings, they’re easy to spot. They’re usually halfway through solving one problem before anyone else has realised there was one.

We love those people.

Not because they make our jobs easier, but because every wedding runs on the generosity of the people who simply step in when they’re needed.

Tag the person you just know will be this person on your wedding day.

And if nobody comes to mind… don’t worry. We’ll happily be that person for you. 🤍

“This might be a silly question…” We hear that sen “This might be a silly question…” We hear that sentence a lot.
And it’s usually followed by something completely reasonable:

-Where should guests leave their jackets?
-How long does it actually take eighty people to get onto a bus?
-Will everyone hear the ceremony if it’s windy?
-Will people be cold after sunset?
-Do we need umbrellas if there’s only a small chance of rain?
-Is it rude to ask guests to catch a shuttle?

Somehow, planning your own wedding has a way of making perfectly ordinary decisions feel much bigger than they are.

We’ve never minded the questions...They make weddings run beautifully.

We love a well curated centrepiece, but wedding ta We love a well curated centrepiece, but wedding tables aren’t meant to stay perfect.

The candles will all melt and someone will inevitably move a vase to make room for another bread basket.

And thats ok, because great wedding reception tables are meant to be filled with conversation, shared meals, a few wine rings, and memories that last much longer than the flowers.

Matariki reminds us that some of life’s most meani Matariki reminds us that some of life’s most meaningful moments ask us to look in three directions at once.

Back to the people who’ve shaped us.

Around at the people we get to share today with.

And forward to everything that’s still to come.

We see those same moments at weddings every week… in stories shared across generations, quiet moments of remembrance, and the excitement of a new chapter beginning.

Wishing you a meaningful Matariki, however you’re choosing to spend it.💫
A few days before every heli wedding, somebody ask A few days before every heli wedding, somebody asks the same question...

“What if we can’t fly?” and it’s usually followed by a very long pause.

The funny thing is, that’s never where the conversation ends.

It usually turns into, “Okay… so what’s Plan B?”

We’ve always liked that about heli weddings. They remind you that flexibility isn’t something that happens when a plan fails. It’s something you build into the plan from the beginning. And why having a wedding planner handle your heli elopement is your best option for a stress free Queenstown heli wedding experience.

Looking at this photo, most people see rolling hil Looking at this photo, most people see rolling hills, beautiful views, and a stunning ceremony location.

We see a few other things too.

Vendor arrival times.
Chair setup.
Weather forecasts.
Guest transport.
Ceremony flow.
Backup plans.

Not because we’re overthinkers…

Because that’s our job.

Some couples want us involved in every one of those decisions from the very beginning.

Others simply want someone there on the day to make sure it all happens exactly as planned.

Both approaches work.

That’s why our planning services aren’t one-size-fits-all.

Whether you’re looking for guidance from day one or someone to step in closer to the wedding, there’s a planning package designed to fit.

Take a look through the options and find the level of support that feels right for you.
