To put it simply… we love weddings!
Let’s chat about yours.

Say Hello
Behind a calm wedding day… there’s usually someone Behind a calm wedding day… there’s usually someone quietly making a hundred things happen in the background.

Meet Sarah ❤️
Wedding designer, problem solver, timeline keeper, detail spotter, and one of the people making the Simply Perfect magic happen on the day itself.

From designing the overall look and feel of a wedding to checking guests are where they need to be, Sarah somehow manages to do it all while staying remarkably calm under pressure 😅

A lot of what we do happens behind the scenes… but it’s a huge part of what allows our couples to actually relax and enjoy the day.

One shift we’re seeing in weddings lately? Less One shift we’re seeing in weddings lately?

Less interest in overly formal receptions… and more focus on creating a genuinely good atmosphere.

Long conversations over dinner.
Shared tables.
Candlelight.
A slower pace to the evening.

Couples are moving away from receptions that feel highly structured and leaning into celebrations that feel more relaxed, connected, and natural for their guests.

Honestly? We love both versions. But there's just something extra lovely about these intimate receptions.

Because when the atmosphere feels right, people settle in differently. The whole evening becomes warmer, more personal, and a lot more memorable.

And helping create that feeling is one of the most important parts of what we do behind the scenes.

Guest stationery.
Custom details tucked into the reception styling.

When couples create a logo or monogram that reflects them, it gives the whole day a stronger sense of identity without needing to over-style the space.

Our job is helping make sure those ideas feel cohesive, elevated, and actually connected to the couple… not just added for the sake of it.

PSA: The head table at your reception isn’t mandat PSA: The head table at your reception isn’t mandatory.

A lot of couples assume they need one because… well, weddings.

But sitting within your guest tables can completely shift the atmosphere of the night. At a shared long table, conversations feel easier, the room feels more connected, and the reception often becomes more relaxed naturally.

There’s no right answer… just the setup that suits you and your people best!
