Behind a calm wedding day… there’s usually someone Behind a calm wedding day… there’s usually someone quietly making a hundred things happen in the background.⁠ ⁠ Meet Sarah ❤️⁠ Wedding designer, problem solver, timeline keeper, detail spotter, and one of the people making the Simply Perfect magic happen on the day itself.⁠ ⁠ From designing the overall look and feel of a wedding to checking guests are where they need to be, Sarah somehow manages to do it all while staying remarkably calm under pressure 😅⁠ ⁠ A lot of what we do happens behind the scenes… but it’s a huge part of what allows our couples to actually relax and enjoy the day.⁠ ⁠ ⁠ @simplyperfectnz⁠ @rich_bayley_photography
One shift we’re seeing in weddings lately?⁠ ⁠ Less One shift we’re seeing in weddings lately?⁠ ⁠ Less interest in overly formal receptions… and more focus on creating a genuinely good atmosphere.⁠ ⁠ Long conversations over dinner.⁠ Shared tables.⁠ Candlelight.⁠ A slower pace to the evening.⁠ ⁠ Couples are moving away from receptions that feel highly structured and leaning into celebrations that feel more relaxed, connected, and natural for their guests.⁠ ⁠ Honestly? We love both versions. But there's just something extra lovely about these intimate receptions.⁠ ⁠ Because when the atmosphere feels right, people settle in differently.
